More About Bradly
Bradly Hale is the Chief Executive Officer at Resurge. Bradly has his master’s in Mental Health Counseling and bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Cincinnati. Since then, Bradly has held a role in every level of behavioral healthcare, including a teacher, case manager, clinical supervisor, director, executive director, and now CEO. Bradly leads Resurge Recovery because he truly believes in the program and the staff. “Resurge cares. A lot of agencies in this line of work say that, but the clients, they serve say otherwise. Ours, don’t say otherwise. Ours say how much they love coming to Resurge. We treat them with dignity. I’ve said to my staff, in passing, that we offer folks the chance to recovery with dignity, and that’s what I love most about Resurge. We’re a small organization, all things considered, but that gives us the chance to really get to know one another and drill down to what matters with our clients. It’s a great culture here, and our work is undoubtedly a reflection of that.”
Bradly is passionate about breaking down barriers to treatment. “For being a field that is often life-and-death, there sure are a lot of unnecessary roadblocks to getting help. Wanting to get better in the world of addiction is a small window; folks may want help right now but not want it five minutes from now. We can’t have a system that’s difficult to navigate because that window of opportunity is so small. So, it is my mission to get folks the help they need when they need it. Not next week. Not tomorrow. Not this afternoon. Right now. What I’m personally passionate about is learning; it’s why I’m in this field. There is no skill ceiling in behavioral health. Clients will teach you something new every day, and that’s not hyperbole–it’s the truth. I love that. There’s no room for boredom in this line of work, and that’s part of why I’ve been in the industry for 15 years.”
